Terms and Conditions for SwiftLogix
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the SwiftLogix website at https://swiftlogix.net (the “Site”) and engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Services Overview
SwiftLogix provides operational support, digital marketing, and technology implementation services. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:
- Dedicated team services (“Pods”)
- Project-based work
- Marketing coordination and execution
- Tech stack management and support
Specific deliverables, scope, timelines, and fees for any service will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to perform our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to necessary systems, platforms, and information.
- Appoint a single point of contact for streamlined communication.
- Provide clear, timely feedback and approvals.
- Fulfill your payment obligations as outlined in your service agreement.
4. Fees and Payment
- Fees: Fees for services are as quoted in your proposal or SOW. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice for ongoing services.
- Payment: Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. For retained team services, a monthly billing cycle will be established.
- Late Payments: Overdue invoices may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.
5. Intellectual Property
- Pre-existing IP: Each party will retain ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property.
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, any final, custom deliverables (e.g., reports, specific designs, written content) created for you as part of a project will be assigned to you. The tools, methods, systems, and SOPs we use to create these deliverables remain our intellectual property.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose each other’s confidential information. We will treat your business data, strategic plans, and customer information with the utmost discretion, in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales figures, or marketing results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftLogix’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/Jurisdiction, e.g., Pakistan], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the “Last Updated” date.
