Executive Assistant (Remote)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our client’s senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, adept at managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to anticipate needs, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information.
