Job Description
Our client is seeking a visually-driven and trend-obsessed Graphic Designer to join their creative team. You will be the creative force behind their visual presence, translating the brand’s aesthetic into compelling graphics that drive engagement and sales across all digital touchpoints. From email campaigns to social media, your work will be central to telling the brand’s story and creating a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce a high volume of engaging visual content for digital marketing, including: social media graphics (static and story formats), email marketing templates, website banners, and digital advertisements.
- Create assets that showcase products in a compelling way, working with product photography to build cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a strong, consistent visual identity across all platforms, ensuring all graphics align with the brand’s style guide.
- Conceptualize and execute graphics for sales promotions, new collection launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Design supplemental brand materials such as lookbooks, packaging, and promotional inserts.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and social media managers to brainstorm campaign ideas and translate marketing objectives into high-converting visual assets.
- Stay ahead of the curve on design trends specific to the fashion e-commerce industry and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, specifically within e-commerce, fashion, or a related DTC brand.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a clear understanding of fashion aesthetics, typography, and branding for a digital audience.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Proven experience creating graphics for social media, email marketing, and website content.
- An eye for composition and the ability to work with and enhance product photography.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- A keen interest in fashion, trends, and pop culture.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience with basic photo retouching or editing.
- Motion graphics skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) for creating short animations or video content.
- Experience designing for a mobile-first audience.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles as they relate to e-commerce websites.
